Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and engagement at the sales floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed to the Store Manager.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and enthusiastic environment aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to hit business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
