MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Palo Alto, CA to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and training of associates. You will ensure exceptional customer service, promote the store’s membership program, and manage cash handling, merchandising, and promotions to drive KPI results.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Able to travel between store locations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to boost product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to Store Manager when necessary.
