Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash and merchandising, and promote the membership program in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and experience in retail, with the ability to travel between locations as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is expected, associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year as keyholder or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service.
• Able to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates.
• Assist replenishment, fronting, maintenance, merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and protect store assets.
• Process transactions accurately using POS.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program.
