Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep, while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, develop staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations across opening/closing procedures and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily store operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Provide a positive, energetic environment aligned with brand commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to meet business objectives.
