Responsibilities

• Schedule bonding and recall appointments.

• Prepare and present bonding contracts.
• Review financial agreements and collect payments.
• Post payments, submit insurance claims, and set up auto-drafts.
• Maintain patient reports and confirm appointments.
• Schedule ongoing maintenance and follow-up visits.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
