Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers, determining nature of visit.
• Perform various administrative duties.
• Welcomes visitors and provides information about clinic features.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls.
• Check-in and collect general information from patients.
• Verify insurance information.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival.
• Make appointments for returning patients.
• Print/reprint appointment reminders.
• Coordinate payment arrangements.
