You will serve as a friendly front desk contact, manage calls and scheduling, review treatment plans with patients, and collaborate with clinicians to maintain smooth schedules and accurate records in Denticon.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental front office or dental administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Professional, polished demeanor and patient-focused.
• Experience with Denticon is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients with a warm, welcoming experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Coordinate patient appointments to maintain productive provider schedules.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy.
• Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with benefits understanding.
• Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in Denticon.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records while following HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
