NC Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in Concord, NC. The role supports orthodontists, maintains sterile treatment areas, and ensures smooth patient flow with compliant record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has orthodontic or pediatric dental experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with dental software. This on-site position offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment and opportunities for growth within a growing practice.

Formación

• Experience as Orthodontic Assistant or similar dental role preferred.
• Familiarity with orthodontic terminology and pediatric dentistry procedures.
• Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Epic) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist orthodontists during procedures including braces placement and adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain sterile treatment area and instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Take medical imaging ensuring high-quality results.
• Maintain patient records in dental software following HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
