Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations including treatment and financial overview.
• Schedule bonding and recall appointments.
• Send patient and doctor correspondence.
• Set up contracts prior to bonding appointments.
• Review financial agreements and collect payments.
• Post payments, submit insurance claims, and set up auto-drafts.
• Maintain patient reports and appointment confirmations.
• Schedule ongoing maintenance and follow-up appointments.
• Monitor and respond to office emails.
• Support other administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
