Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary, or part-time moderators with language experience to build and nurture digital communities for global brands. A range of languages including Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, King’s English, Korean, French, German, Indonesian and Japanese are welcome.

Roles are remote, flexible, and sometimes 24/7. You will collaborate with teams to engage users, resolve questions, and uphold brand voice across platforms as opportunities arise.

Formación

• Native-level understanding of language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities

Responsabilidades

• Moderate social media communities for brands in real time
• Engage with users and troubleshoot issues while mirroring brand voice
• Manage multiple chats and streams across platforms
