Job summary

Social Factor is seeking experienced moderators with language skills for project-based, temporary or part-time opportunities. We offer flexible schedules; some roles are 24/7, with English and other languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, King’s English, Korean, French, German, Indonesian and Japanese.

Moderators will help build and manage digital communities for well-known brands, engaging users in real-time while following brand voice and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of language and culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to mirror brand voice across multiple brands.
• Experience in social media moderation; live stream moderation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow digital communities for major brands.
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow client brand voice and guidelines across platforms.
• Collaborate with teams; manage live moderation scenarios.
