Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary or part-time Social Media Community Moderators. We welcome applicants with language expertise and experience moderating across platforms in English and other languages.

Roles involve developing and nurturing digital communities for major brands, including real-time user engagement and adherence to brand voice. We value native-language proficiency, cultural literacy, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level language understanding.
• Deep knowledge of language pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Ability to mirror client brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required.
• Live moderation tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social channels and engage with users in real‑time.
• Mirror brand voice and follow guidelines across brands.
• Monitor live chats and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow communities and brand presence.
