Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative to create a welcoming environment for members and staff. The role emphasizes friendly communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a busy fitness club setting.

You will support front desk operations, assist with member enrollment, and promote services while maintaining facility cleanliness and customer-focused service. CPR/AED certification is required or can be obtained shortly after hire.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with proficient reading and writing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate club software and systems.
• CPR/AED certification is required and may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Check in members and guests per procedures and handle alerts.
• Assist with membership sales and promote services such as tanning and group fitness.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and understand all club facilities and schedules.
