Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the face of our clubs. You will greet guests, check in members, answer phones, and sell retail products while keeping the club welcoming.

Responsibilities include scheduling services, communicating events, and supporting club operations with a professional demeanor. CPR and HS diploma are essential; employment is contingent on US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests with a friendly attitude.
• Check in members and guests according to procedures.
• Handle member requests using club software.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Sell retail products to members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook
