Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for a part-time morning shift. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, handling inquiries, sign-ups and payments with a focus on a welcoming, non-judgmental experience.

The role requires on-site work, CPR/AED and tanning certifications within required timeframes, and a friendly, professional attitude to maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site work required; not remote.
• Must obtain CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning certification within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the club and assist with front desk operations.
