Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a Member Services Representative to welcome members and staff, handle front desk operations, and promote services in a busy Crunch Fitness location. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

This day‑shift, part‑time position requires CPR/AED certification and at least one year in a service role, with a focus on customer service excellence and reliable, friendly presence on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service‑oriented position.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a warm, enthusiastic smile and ensure they feel welcome
• Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests
• Maintain a professional and courteous disposition at all times
• Facilitate member requests or elevate to a manager when necessary
• Check in members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving alerts as needed
• Navigate all front desk stations, including check‑in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales
• Answer phones promptly and professionally
• Perform opening and closing duties, including completing checklists
• Assist with membership sales and promote additional services such as tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare
• Sell retail products and facilitate payment for member services in accordance with company procedures
