Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, operator of Crunch Fitness in Northern California, seeks a part-time Member Services Representative for day shifts. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, promote services, and ensure a friendly, efficient gym environment.

Required: CPR/AED certification (within 30 days), basic computer skills, and strong English communication. Prior service experience is a plus; be ready for a fast-paced front-desk role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, enthusiastic welcome.
• Check in members and guests per procedures and handle alerts.
• Promote services and promotions to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist with membership sales.
