Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate club software/systems.
• CPR/AED certification required; can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Check in members and guests per procedures; handle alerts.
• Assist with membership sales and promote services like tanning, group fitness, childcare.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and knowledge of all club facilities.
• Attend department meetings and assist in projects as directed.
