The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication skills, and CPR/AED certification (within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with proficient reading and writing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate club software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, enthusiastic smile and ensure they feel welcome.
• Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests; maintain professional disposition.
• Assist with membership sales and promote additional services (tanning, fitness, childcare).
• Answer phones promptly and perform opening/closing duties and checklists.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and be expert in all club facilities, programs and schedules.
