Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, answer questions, and support staff at the front desk of our Crunch Fitness locations in California. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling member requests, and driving a positive gym experience.

Day-shift, part-time, non-exempt position with CPR/AED certification required within 30 days. Opportunities to develop customer service skills and advance within a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• CPR/AED certification required or may be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, enthusiastic welcome and ensure they feel valued.
• Check in members and guests and manage front desk operations per procedures.
• Assist with membership sales and promote additional services such as tanning, fitness classes, and childcare.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and be knowledgeable about all club facilities and schedules.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; follow all policies and procedures.
