Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands seeks a Part-Time, Day Shift Member Services Representative to provide exceptional service to Crunch Fitness members and staff. You will greet members, handle front desk duties, assist with sales of memberships and services, and maintain a welcoming, organized club environment.

The role requires a friendly communicator with basic computer skills, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and at least 1 year in a service role. High school diploma required, 50 lb lift capability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• CPR/AED certification required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, enthusiastic welcome.
• Communicate events and promotions to members and guests.
• Assist with member requests or escalate to a manager when needed.
• Check in members and guests following company procedures; handle alerts.
• Support front desk operations including membership sales and guest services.
• Promote additional services and process payments per procedures.
