Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members via telephone, video, and electronic channels to provide sales and service support.
• Meet performance goals including sales/referrals and member interactions per hour.
• Communicate clearly in writing via secure messaging, chat, text, email, or fax.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act procedures and reporting requirements.
