Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar).
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Previous Financial Institution experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members via telephone, video, and electronic channels to support sales and service goals.
• Meet performance goals including product sales/referrals and number of member interactions per hour.
• Communicate clearly in writing via secure messaging, chat, text, email or fax.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act procedures and reporting requirements.
