Greater Nevada Credit Union, a division of America First, is seeking a Member Resource Center Representative in Reno, NV. The role focuses on sales and service through phone, video, and electronic channels to help achieve Greater Nevada goals.

Your duties include engaging with members, meeting sales and interaction targets, and communicating clearly in writing via secure channels while following Bank Secrecy Act procedures. The position is based in Reno at the ROC.

Competenze

• 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar)
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Previous Financial Institution experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Mansioni

• Consistently perform at high levels of effectiveness through communication with members telephonically, through video and online digital communication channels.
• Meet performance goals established by management including product sales/referrals and number of member interactions per hour via phone, video or electronic communication channels.
• Effectively and accurately communicate with members in writing via secure messaging, chat, text, email or fax.
• Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
