Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience
• 6 months cash handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for members by greeting them warmly and listening to their needs.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard confidentiality and prevent fraud.
