Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to be the face of the community, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents while driving occupancy. The role supports leasing, marketing, and resident experience, with hours averaging 15-20 per week, including evenings and weekends.

You will work under the Community Manager and participate in housing operations, ensuring timely responses, tours, and positive resident interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist in marketing and events.
• Close the sale following training guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule tours, and lead follow-up.
• Assist with social media promotion and on/off-campus marketing events.
