Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing activities and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You will guide prospective residents through tours, assist in marketing and community events, and help meet occupancy goals under supervision from the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office or related software.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts, events, and campus outreach.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage leads, tours, and follow-up communications.
