Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and enhance resident experience. You will help plan marketing events, manage tours, and respond to inquiries while supporting social media outreach and email campaigns.

The role requires strong organization, dependability, and time-management skills, with availability for 15–20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing, marketing and resident experience: generate leads and convert them into leases.
• Schedule and conduct tours; complete guest cards; follow up with leads.
• Assist with email/text campaigns using property management software and social media.
• Maintain logs and respond to inquiries promptly; resolve resident concerns with escalation when needed.
• Support with move-ins/outs, unit inspections and turn-related activities as required.
