Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to welcome and assist prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing process and supporting occupancy goals. This role involves marketing activities, event participation, social media promotion, and daily tasks to maintain a positive resident experience.

The position is part-time, averaging 15–20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed. Reports to the Community Manager with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong organization, dependability and self-discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through leasing process and close sales.
• Assist in marketing activities and community events.
• Maintain professional communication and timely responses.
• Support in turn-related activities including move-in/move-out tasks.
