Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Ambassador to be at the forefront of our community, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy year over year. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and participate in planning and community events.

You will schedule tours, generate leads, assist with social media marketing and email/text campaigns, and represent the community professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including during Turn periods.
• Must be available to work during summer and Turn periods.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Generate new leads and schedule & conduct tours.
• Assist in marketing via social media and on/off-campus events.
• Handle email and text campaigns and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and ensure housing contract compliance.
