Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing efforts and guide prospective residents through the leasing process. This role helps maximize occupancy year over year and supports planning and participation in marketing and community events.

You will meet sales goals, communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and represent Landmark Properties professionally while fostering a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Must possess strong organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Generate leads, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up.
• Assist in marketing and community events.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain detailed logs and records.
• Enforce community policies and Fair Housing compliance.
