Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Assist in planning and participate in marketing and community events.
• Manage guest cards, tours, and lead follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Maintain positive resident experience and resolve concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals.
