Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience efforts. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and help meet occupancy goals under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and time management, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Proficiency in MS Office and communication via social media is valued.

Competenze

• Must be organized and reliable with strong time management.
• Bachelor's degree enrollment preferred in business/marketing/communications-related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; social media savvy a plus.

Mansioni

• Explain housing contracts and addendums to residents and guarantors.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up.
• Promote the community via social media and campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Maintain a positive environment and resolve resident concerns.
• Perform daily opening/closing checks and log maintenance requests.
• Log packages and notify residents; enforce housing policies.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Participate in Turn-related activities (move-ins/outs, inspections, trash-outs).
