Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Community Ambassador to drive leasing, marketing, and resident experience at our property. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, schedule tours, and help achieve occupancy targets under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

You will manage lead follow up, assist with social media promotion, and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and resident experience.
• Understand the housing contract and communicate required information.
• Generate leads and conduct tours to close sales.
• Lead follow up and manage inquiries via email and phone.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and events.
• Enter maintenance requests and log activity in systems.
• Enforce community policies and participate in Turn-related activities.
• Support evening and weekend hours as needed.
