Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and enhance resident experience.
• Generate new leads, complete guest cards, and schedule tours.
• Lead follow-up and promote the community via social media and events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
• Log maintenance requests and enforce housing policies per contracts.
