Landmark Properties in Austin is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, help close leases, assist with on-site and off-campus marketing events, and support resident programs while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.

The role requires 15-20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with duties spanning leasing, communications, and basic property operations.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Entrata experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time and communicate effectively.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead guided tours and close sales with prospective residents.
• Assist in leasing, marketing, and resident experience efforts.
• Promote the community via social media and on/off-campus events.
• Support email/text campaigns using the property management software.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enforce housing contracts and turn-related processes during move-ins/outs.
