Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring installer/trainer to help people hear better by installing CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes and training them to use the device for confident telephone communication.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth, plus mileage reimbursement, devices provided, and ongoing development within a leading language-services provider.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Ability to drive and travel to customer locations.
• Must be reliable, organized and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports and invoices.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to company policies.
