CaptionCall is seeking a caring installer/trainer to help customers with hearing loss communicate. This part-time role installs CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and trains them to use the device, with a flexible schedule and independence.

The position offers mileage reimbursement, devices provided, growth opportunities, and benefits including 401k match, TeleDoc, dental/vision, and EAP. Daily driving required; must have a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication in English.
• Ability to travel to customers' homes and drive reliably.
• Comfort with independent work and schedule flexibility.
• Experience serving senior citizens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation as needed.
• Maintain customer records and submit required reports.
