CaptionCall is seeking a part-time Installer/Trainer to help customers in their homes with CaptionCall phones. The role offers flexible hours and potential career growth, with travel for events and installations.

The ideal candidate will install and troubleshoot devices, train users, and promote services while maintaining customer records and handling required reports. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Clear English communication (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willing to drive and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and expand business reach.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates locally.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
