Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring installer/trainer to help customers with hearing loss by installing CaptionCall phones in their homes and training them to use the devices. This on-site, part-time role offers flexibility, potential career growth, and opportunities to engage with customers directly in their communities.

Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, customer training, and promoting services, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on phone features.
• Promote CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
