Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring installer/trainer to enrich lives by installing CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and teaching them how to use the device for confident telephone communication.

The part-time role offers flexibility, mileage reimbursement, device provisions, and a 401k plan with immediate vesting. You’ll work with diverse customers and help expand the service while meeting installation goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading/writing/speaking/listening).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records and reports.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to company policies.
