Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to work in customers' homes, providing hands-on installation and training for CaptionCall phones. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with potential for career growth and advancement.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer knowledge, experience in the hearing health field, and comfort working with senior citizens. Travel is less than 25%, and evenings/weekends may be required to accommodate customers.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
