Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a part-time Client Services Coordinator to greet clients, schedule appointments, and support patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will maintain a welcoming lobby, assist with intakes, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, professional communication, and confidentiality aligned with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in customer service is required.
• 1+ years of front desk experience preferred.
• Experience at hospital front desk or multi-physician practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage patient flow in a high-volume environment.
• Schedule appointments and assist with walk-ins.
• Document visits in the electronic health record.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Verify insurance eligibility and set up billing episodes.
