Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet clients with professionalism and compassion, coordinate client care, schedule appointments, and assist with walk-in intakes in a trauma-informed environment.

Under Clinic Manager supervision, you will manage patient flow, document visits in the EHR, verify insurance, and support intake processes while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of front desk experience, preferably at hospital front desk or multi-physician practice.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid state driver’s license and MVR clearance may be required for certain states.

Responsibilities

• Greets and attends to clients in person and over the phone.
• Manages the patient flow in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Schedules appointments and walk-in intakes.
• Maintains electronic health records and documents client visits.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and sets up billing in the EHR.
• Assists with intake processes and ensures confidentiality.
