Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a part-time Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will greet clients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in a hospital or multi-physician practice.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR clearance; 39-month MVR check for some states.
• Outpatient or doctor’s office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients in person and by phone.
• Manage high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule appointments and assist with walk-in intakes.
• Enter demographic information and document visits in the EHR.
• Verify insurance and set up billing episodes in the EHR.
• Establish payment plans and collect payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support intake processes and inventory management.
