Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Milwaukee clinic. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, assist with walk-ins, and address client concerns in a trauma-informed, supportive environment.

You will coordinate patient flow, manage intake processes, verify insurance, and document visits in the electronic health record, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of front desk experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage high-volume client flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Assist with intakes, scheduling, and documentation in the electronic health record.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Coordinate with providers and counselors to complete intake process.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and organized reception area.
• Handle billing tasks and verify insurance eligibility as needed.
