Job summary

Main Event Alpharetta is seeking a Part-time Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and group events. You will understand event packages, sell and schedule events, input sales data in our systems, and support the Sales Manager to hit quarterly targets. You will prospect for new business, assist marketing initiatives, and participate in weekly sales meetings. You may perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and excellent communication.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in CRM; create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed birthday, group, and event targets.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share ideas and strategies.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing office duties while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
