Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking an Event Coordinator to help plan birthday and group events, partnering with guests to create memorable experiences while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

You will handle event packages, input guest data, and work with the Sales Manager to meet targets. A positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility to work various shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or retail is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Understand event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group and birthday events.
• Input sales data and guest information in systems; follow up tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new business.
• Support local marketing efforts to drive event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
