Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Sales Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable parties and events by designing a tailored, fun experience. You will sell and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events, input revenue data, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to exceed targets.

You will prospect for new business, support local marketing, and participate in weekly sales meetings, while maintaining our standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong customer service.
• Teamwork and collaboration are essential.
• Ability to build relationships with guests and clients.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office and CRM software.
• Effective communication with management, teammates, and guests.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information into systems; create follow-up tasks.
• Work with Sales Manager to exceed birthday/group/event sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive event sales and foot traffic.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share ideas to grow the business.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties while upholding cleanliness and safety.
