IWG plc is hiring a Part-Time Community Associate for a 20-hour work week at our Healdsburg center in California. You will greet customers, manage front desk tasks, assist with printing, setup, and basic IT support, and keep operations smooth during the business day.

You will help organize local networking events, coordinate with City Manager, and ensure guests have a positive experience while invoices and services are properly managed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering friendly service.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT tools.
